    19:05 and I feel that I could have done better. I started the run at 5.3 and should have gone straight for a sprint at 7 mph at least.

    Also my pullups were difficult. The first set was 100lb assist, which is horrible. So I switched to lat-pulldown of 80lb. I need to work on my pullups!

    However, the 35lb kettlebell swings were really smooth and easy. I'd like to redo this exercise in a month or so to see how my benchmark improves.
