5 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ 95#/65#
10 Push-Ups
15 Box Jumps @ 26"/22"

  1. A: first 3 rounds at 95 second 2 at 105. Could have done more, but wanted to be cautious with the knee this week.

    B: 7 rounds?
    sumo deadlift high pulls at 65 # no problem.
    pushups were tough
    box jumps were on a flat bench. 20"
