Then:
Practice Push Press
Then:
"Jonestown Sprint":
Push Press +
Burpee/Pull-up
20-10 reps of each


Crossfit:

B. Max Rounds Plus Reps in 10 Minutes:
3 Muscle-Ups
7 Burpees
