Then:
Work up to Heavy DL
Then:
6x1 Deadlift @ 90% 1RM
Rest 4 minutes between sets
Then:
Row 500m for time
Then:
Cool Down

    3 x 135
    3 x 155
    3 x 165
    3 x 175
    3 x 180

    I went with 180 as my 90% max (189 is probably more exact. but it's been weeks since I've had a workout, so I thought I'd be gentle)

    180 6 times was harder than I thought. I got self-conscious being at the gym surrounded by dudes lifting. My hands started hurting at lift 4, so I took off my shirt to wrap my hands with it. The hands felt better, but the self-consciousness got worse!
