wod 5/13

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

gym jones:
Workout:
Work up to Deadlift 1RM
Then:
Work up to TGU 1RM
Then:
2000m Row for time

  1. 10 minutes of stretching, ran 10 minutes @ 5.5mph. Good form. Wanted to keep it low stress as it's my first run in a while.

    Then did the Cindy Crossfit workout outlined above.
    10 rounds (3 with pullup assistance of 90lb / 7 with pullup assistance of 100lb)

    Felt like puking

    In the beginning, I had some lower back pain which became exacerbated by the evening and was extremely painful later that night.
